Danielle Sheppard Graduates from Southern Illinois University
 In August 2006 Cunningahm supporters received copies of an essay, "Award of the State," by former Cunningham client Danielle Sheppard.
Since completing Cunningham’s Independent Living Program, Danielle has remained in contact with her Cunningham family, and it is with great pride that we announce her graduation from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale on May 10, 2008.
Danielle credits the support she received from Cunningham for making it where she is today. Scholarships from Cunningham’s William P. Myers Education fund along with many others allowed her to complete her education at SIU.
